6. To stare into space

2024

When I was in elementary school, I would spend every lunch break lying on the sofa next to the balcony, gazing at the palm trees outside the window. My grandpa’s radio, hung on the railing, played the noisy news broadcast. As the wind blew, I always hoped that summer would never end.

Whenever my memories begin to fade, they blend with new ones. Since leaving my hometown, looking back on these memories reveals a tapestry woven from many moments, emotions, and imaginings. This work, created using blender, visualizes that intricate mixture in my mind.
